My server has been running fine for two years, but today I got this error with all of the plugins (here are only a few)

Apparently the server crashed while I was away, and when I turned it back on and people joined, all of everything was gone. Groups, factions, permissions, colored chat. Has anyone had this issue before? I have the Intreppid host. Please help.
