It looks as you have been IP banned, however the PMC community can not help you with that since we don't own that server and it is unlikely that the owner that server will find this topic.

Hey there, as I said earlier, I have a huge feeling you are IP banned, so alternate account won't work. If the admin really banned you for no reason, it is not a good server. I suggest you go on the high rated server on PMC like The Voxel Box, Salvage Realms, Buxville, etc. You can see the full list on the servers tab.
