I am trying to get the source files of 1.7.10 latest, but I can't compile them because my internet is too slow. Could anyone download 1.7.10 forge src, compile it, and upload it as a zip so I can download it without having to run everything? I would download it somewhere I can use fast internet!

Because od school and other stuff, I don't get much time. I am downloading every time I'm on the computer. I would do all this at my public library, but the pcs there don't allow .bat or .exe files, can't open run, almost everything is blocked

but downloading a zip wit it is just as big as downloading it with mcp.. mcp just takes longer because it takes cpu

I download it either on my neighbour's wifi (with permission of course) or at my local library with free WiFi hotspot 24/7

Wait... your internet is too slow to "compile" the source for forge, yet its fast enough to download a 100+mb zip file?
