I Just Added The Plugins PermissionsEx, ChatManager, And Modifyworld. I Finish Setting Up My PermissionsEx Plugin Now Filled With All Of The Ranks And Permissions I
Want, So I Set My Self As Owner With One Permission Node - '*' Then I Start Up The Server And Get On To Go Renovate Spawn, That's When I Realize I Can't Place Or Destroy Blocks Near The Spawn Even Though I'm The Owner Of The Server. If Anyone Can Help Me That Would Be Well Appreciated, Thanks. :)

Because your not op, using the permission node '*' gives you all permissions to plugins installed, not all default minecraft permissions, you need to be an op to break/place blocks within a certain radius of the set spawn. use the /op "IG NAME" command to fix the solution!
