What we expect:
- You are expected to participate in the development of our projects together, however you are not expected to always be available. People may be in different time-zones or may just have a busy daily schedule.
- You are expected to learn new things. Learning will help stimulate your mind and in the end make you produce a better product.
- You are expected to be motivated. Development takes time, aswell as motivation to push yourself to the completion of your project. The results in the end will feel great and make you want to work on bigger and better projects.
- You are expected to ask for help. As a team, we are here to support eachother whenever we are in need of help, we are not here to make you feel inadequate.
- You are expected to use Skype. If you don't have or know what Skype is, go search for Skype on Google and download it.
