Okay, well Permissions is done by going to the Bukkit Plugin Website and searching:
EssentialsGroupManager
Download it and then put it into your plug in folder, this creates groups that you can place people in when they join your server, such as Owner, Co-Owner, Default, Builder, Moderator, etc.

I can help you actually on the server if you give me the ip?

If you are going to give me the ip, don't post it on here.. I did that before and i got a load of griefers joining my server and force op-ping themselves.

You sent me your hub ip. You need to go onto whatsmyip.org or some other website like that.
