Got banned from pmc chat and i asked mod he said i was perm banned. How i get unbanned?

You can't if the mod banned you... maybe next time DON'T get banned.

Well, if its that big of an issue contact the moderator and politely ask why, then if he doesnt tell you private message another mod that was there or a PMC official

Contact the moderator that banned you through a private message on the forums, they should be able to further help you understand why you were banned and discuss with you any possibilities of getting it revoked.
