a few minutes ago did I get banned on the chat for: Advertsing...
But I asked for help 2 times. This is the second time that this is happening!!

It's because people stopped reading the rules.

As this person said, these rules are the main ones that would have gotten you in trouble for this. It's not the moderators' faults that you disregarded the rules, this has nothing to do with them other than the fact they were doing their job to keep the chat in order. This is no one's fault but you, read the rules next time.
