Post your computer's guts!
I've seen a lot of threads about sharing things about your computer -- post your desktop background, post your desk setup, and more, but so far there hasn't been a thread where you can showcase all the work done to the inside of your computer to make it run well!
Here's mine:

The cable management could be better, but there is next to no room behind the motherboard, so routing cables back there was not an option (the case is from mid-2006, I really need to get a new one :S).
Fun fact: the expansion card covers in there are from a computer from the 90s that used a TI i486 CPU.

Why do you have a quadro and not a GeForce?

Is this considered a crime?
Lol dat dust on the heatsink..

I'm no expert but I think dust on the heatsink can cause a fire eventually.

All these people with fancy cases, man I really need to get a new case.

Or just mod your old one!
I did this to my case yesterday. Bought the case 4 months ago, but just wanted to do it. Simple painting with a brush though. I have a some spare leds (hundred or so), will see what I can do with them...

ZerannyKillertoadHad the same problem in a build I did for someone else.
Your best bet is probably to pull all the wires out, and fold then up to the perfect link, and zip tie them all together in neat groups, lol.
Will do that on a day where I have a lot of free time to contemplate cables.
Edit: On the plus side, I wont be running out of storage soon.
I said link in the above post.. I meant length, woops, lol.
And yeah, took me awhile to get all the right lengths and zip tie them all together.
And haha, I have 4ish HDD's, ranging from different sizes, and I thought I had a lot, but look at you, with 3ish TB's, hahaha

Afootpluto
And thinking about it i need to setup my NAS.
I was thinking about setting up a NAS, but hooking a 2 TB external hard drive to our router served that purpose. It's not as fast as a NAS (USB 2.0 speed >.<), but it beats having another computer running 24/7.
1
AfootplutoWhy do you need that much storage.

Edit: if any of you have an idea for managing the abundance of cables please do say.
I'd zip tie them in groups so they aren't as jumbled.
They are jumbled due to the length of the cables, pretty much just packed them down there.

If I told you the specs, You would cringe even more.
Well, it's socket 2011, so i7 Extreme? 16 or 32 GB of RAM?
I'd take a can of compressed air and clean out that thing.
1
Well, I have an 8 gb memory Linux computer, and it has been taken apart, reassembled, and has had parts swapped in and out. Still works like a charm.

Anybody know how to open up a laptop? : P
1
Wouldn't recommend it unless you REAAAAAAAALY know what your doing, but if you are, just unscrew the screws on leh thing
1
Don't even bother opening a laptop unless you really want/have to. It took me over an hour to open my laptop for the first time (Pavilion DV5). If I were to open it now it would take about 15min. There is not much inside, most you see anyway is the motherboard. And then there is the assembling...
Opening a desktop takes like <5 seconds.

Do what I did. Post a video of upgrading the laptop (if there is any).

I notice that a lot of the people that posted here like AMD more than nvidia, yet every PC so far has had a geforce :p
Sadly I have no desktop guts to show you all.

Most people got nVidia when AMD's prices skyrocketed because of the mining craze.
