I can't upload pictures

Hello guys,

I'm trying to upload pictures of my new project but they keep uploading FOREVER
I even let it upload whole night and nothing happened..
I already cleared the cache of my browser, I don't what to do now..

Any suggestion?

Are you trying to put a picture for your profile or a projest or something?

If its either one, i just pick a picture, right clivk on it and save it and then when i go to upload it, i just go to where i saved it but it has to be a jpg, png, or gif file
