I posted my first texture pack today and some one commented that if i post a painterly texture pack i will get banned . Please help me what a painterly and a regular texture pack is . because i dont want to get banned. Please help its important

Did you use; http://painterlypack.net/ any other customizer like that or download a texture pack and then modify parts of it?

Whats a good site to do a minecraft skin. And should i take off the minecraft skin?

The general rule of PMC is that you should not upload anything you did not actually create. That means if you didn't actually physically draw/create a skin or TP, you should not upload it. The only exception is if you've gotten written permission from the original creator to upload it. Please read our Rules of Submission: rules-submissions-t40929.html
