so lately i thought i wanted to make a server, but, after some thought about it i decided that i would make and create a hopefully successful build team 
! that way i'm not chained down to making a server and making it run properly for everyone, some people hand server's well and good for them this is what i've been wanting all along. however for this to work i need you! i need creative and inspiring builders in the PMC community to come together so that we can make and post up all our builds here, and maybe with any luck we could also go as far as to make timelapses! i haven't really thought into that yet however.i would Prefer people to be OVER 12, unless you are an amazing builder below that age i will not let you join. i am sorry but i really do need a good sense of maturity here when working with 15 people at once
Skype
Skype is required. it will not be used for video chat so much as it will be just for quick communication within the group chat.
Positions
there will be 3 architects, 2 head builders and about 10 builders all in all. i will go into further detail on each position lower down the post.

Architects
the architects position and role is to develop the idea and make it come to life. they are then expected to make a schematic and deliver it to the head builders. the architects among with all the group will help out with the building however architects word will be law during the building process so to speak
.Head-Builders
head-builders will be passed the schematics of the build and will inform the architects of anything that might develop the build further. the head-builders will have an active role in the building and will develop the build in-game anyway they can. they will also be in charge of main build navigation of the normal builders.
head builders will be expected to have a high level of building experience.
builders
builders will take an important role in the team. they will be expected to build and follow any orders from the ranks above them. this won't be too strict don't worry
its just to keep some order from the chaos when you have 15 people running about on a server.application template:
