Im a player on a server with that has Nocheat plus I was wondering anyway to bypass it and dupe items it's bukkit obv but. Is there anyway at all

Play legit, don't cheat. And even without NoCheatPlus you can't duplicate any items because it was fixed some time ago.

Ensure you have it from trusted source

Nocheat is known for untrusted sources injecting backdoors into it.
