As the title says, we, the server 'Dragons Realm', a PvP survival server, are in desperate need of experienced developers (across all boards).
We are a new server, and are still not so popular, but we're taking that to our advantage, to make it as professional as possible before we do become popular, if you feel you have what it takes (a good knowledge of java, mysql, c++) Any code really apart from visual B, and you are a mature, honest person, apply on this thread!
In the future, we WILL be paying our long-time developers, not more than 20$ a week, but hey, it's money none the less.

Our requirements.
16 + Years of age.
At least 1 and a half years of prior experience in coding/script work.
A good knowledge of MySQL databases.
A firm knowledge of the permission nodes used on minecraft servers (not hard to find out, just search them up to learn 'em)
A honest attitude.
A determination to help others.

Okay, I decided I'd post a list of what type Devs and how many we need.

GFX (2D, if you're good with photoshop, very good, give us a portfolio.)= We need 1.

Web Dev = We need 1.

Permissions/Plugin Manager = 1.

On a side note, we need a video manager. So, someone who's job is to record and edit to a montage/GOOD quality high fps video.
We don't want you if you're shit and give us screenshots in movie maker. But if you are a video editor, for example, you use sony vegas, adobe premiere on a regular basis for editing, show us your work, and we could hire you. We will pay for each video made for us. 5 US Dollars per video.
