I am looking for a team that is interested in being apart of a Tekkit Minecraft server.
Here are a list of Roles people can fill:

* Admin (2 Slots)
* Moderators (2 Slots)
* Advertiser (1 Slot)
* Modder (can be able to create plugins and modify files) (1 Slot)
* Website maintenance (1 Slot)
* Builders (Any can help if they request, there will be a head builder to manage all)

A Little about the server

The server is RPG Tekkkit with four classes (Magician, Warrior, Scientist and Rouge) Quests, etc. will be set up to make a storyline revealing the secrets of minecraft that no one (not even you) knows.

Why you want it:well I've personally been on many severs had mods and admins that really gets power hungry and abuse their powers and wont help resolve any solutions. i want to become mod or admin because i want there to be a strong friendship between a mod or a admin to a player but also keeping in mind of my role and limits of being a admin or a mod that way, that player i have a friendship with will tell others about the server and get good reviews

Why you want it: Well, it'd actually be my first time being a staff on a Tekkit server, and there is a difference, there is so many possibilities on Tekkit, meaning, of course, more problems arise, and not game problems, but things like player problems and such. My point being is I'd like the experience, that doesn't mean I wont take it seriously.

Have you got any experience with that position?: Yes, I do, I have been Admin/Head Admin more than I have been Moderator on servers. I've also been a staff on many other game servers like Counter Strike and so on. I've owned servers myself and am very used to Bukkit, I have been using bukkit ever since it first came out because I knew the staff from another project. As an Admin I would ban hackers, and advertisers instantly. I would jail spammers after asking them to stop and they don't and when I release them I would tell them not to do it again and if they still keep on doing it I'll jail them longer then I'll wait for the Owner to come on or another higher staff position and ask them what do they think I should do. Or I could probably mute him. Basically I will be regulating the rules and making sure that nothing is disrupting the servers name. I would solve disputes between players, help them when they need it even if they didn't ask for it, but in no way will I give them items or anything of that sort. I think that my judging skills helps me make the right choices when times come. I'm diplomatic when I'm under extreme criticism , meaning that I can still maintain my maturity and do what I should do at that time. I would stay with this server until it's dead. Which is not coming anytime soon. I would not leave a player unsatisfied unless he just wants something that I can't give him such as an item or anything of that sort. I'll also be really active on forum and ingame, I can be ingame for 24 hours a day because it's Summer, and I can be on forum that long as well. I think that being an Admin your duties are to regulate the server rules and help as many players as you can basically, to remove everything that violates it and to help everything that needs help. By removing everything that violates it I mean banning the hackers, advertisers, spammers, anyone that isn't doing any good for the server. Also, helping anyone that needs it, you shouldn't leave a player unsatisfied, you have to help him as much as possible but you can't give him any items or anything of that sort. All you may do is provide them with help. Also since players tend to look up to Admins a lot you should set a good example by following the rules and regulations. If you don't know an answer to their question doesn't mean you just go "I don't know." and leave. Refer to another Admin or another staff member. When I say helping people I mean by InGame and Forum because there's a high chance that question you know how to answer. I could also come up with ideas for anything.
