I'm sick of power hungry, immature kids who simply join servers recruiting to either gain Moderator, Op, or some sort of status simply to grief, or cause grief to server owners.

Thus, I'm strictly looking for experienced, professional builders to help me realise my server's potential.

Before we continue, I just want to get a couple things straight. I don't want to create false hope, or send any sort of wrong message. Yes, you will get paid, but that is if I accept you into the team. You must first apply, and and demonstrate said skill in your application before you will be paid for your work.

Getting paid is simply a greater incentive for more professional and experienced builders to apply/motivation to build.
