Since the days of the ancients, it was foretold that one day the wise and malign old gods would summon their minions, combining their epic magic power to summon forth creatures, men and women from all universes. Brought forth into a grand and stunning world, deprived of anything these people would be used to, completely alien in every aspect.
Now, the old gods watch those they've summoned. Observing with patient eyes, only intervening in rare instances. However, they notice their new minions lack motive, they stand idle and bicker. To stir a movement, they've set a timer on the world. A great wind shall sweep across the landscape like a blade along skin, wiping it clean and purifying the land. The only way to stop this is by defeating a mythical being, a task they would have to work together to accomplish. Satisfied, the old gods resume the game.
Welcome to a new RP thread, have a drink, sit down, make yourself at home. But most importantly, read on. This thread will focus around an RP idea what I don't believe has been done before. A crossover! Basically you can apply as any character (preferably from a video game as most of us would know who you're talking about) to a certain degree. I won't discriminate against any fandom as that would not be fair, yes, you all know what that means. However, as the OP I reserve the right to revoke applications and stop you from joining in on the RP once more.
So the way this RP works is, you chose a character from anything you like, act as they would etc. But, after a few pages, depending if this gets popular, I will kill all active characters and you'll need to reapply as a new character, unless you manage to stop the cycle. If that is the case then I will adapt the bio.
Rules
~ Any powergaming (You get three strikes) and the old gods will end your life, deeming you an unfair boon to the other players.
~ No metagaming, if you don't know what it is, learn.
~ Make your application appealing to look at. No odd colours or hard to read blocks of text.
~ I understand that in your show/book/movie/video game your character is the strongest whatever, but in this world, he/she must be a little more, modest. For example, you choose to RP as, Kratos. You'd need to tone it down a little.
~ If you're playing a character who is going stir trouble, do it well. Not just "Attacks them because he's Kratos" (Not to single out poor Kratos).
~ Try and keep OOC chat to a minimum.
