Planet Minecraft

I have created a vanilla white-list server, potentially MindCrack like. I need people to join it, I am hosting it on my PC, so a little lag is normal (not like they didn't have it either). Pranking is something that I want people to do, But no Lava, TNT, or griefing.
Stealing is not allowed and everyone must have a mic and skype. They must also be 13+. These are the main requirements, but 1 is no one can live 100 blocks of eachother, so making your own homes is needed. I will not spawn any items or teleport anyone.
