Can't get onther people to connect

hello, i have a updated bukkit server. I can get on from my computer however when i test it on a laptop its says connection timed out. I forwarded my port with my router ( a Netgear WGR614 v6). I used PHPPortchecker and it gives me my external ip...however it says "We were not able to ping your router." But then it says my port is open on this computer. Then i go to "yougetsignal.com" to check again and it says my port is closed.. Then i use my external ip in "yougetsignal.com" and it says open...but i dont have that ip open...Please help :geek:
