Example: know's who to kick, know's when to ban, know's how to welcome new people, and will get on alot!

Why you should be staff:A. I love helping and helping out on this server really inspires me.As admin i have the duty to patrol the server and help others. When someone dials /helpop i will react straight away!Also i never abuse my powers.The reason of admins is not
just the commands.It's about helping people and banning/kicking hackers or bad people.I obey the rules and never broke any of them.I am very polite.I love it when the people are happy so i would like to try put a smile on everyones face.My previous app was stupid got to admit that.BUT i won't ban anyone without the owners permssion.I guess the reasons people get banned is for hacking and cheating.Im not going to allow that happen.Heres my routine of bannig people. 1.Warning 2.kick 3.jail 4.tempban 5.Ban.Trust me i won't ban any player without a reason.

I would love to help with your server and feel that I am experienced enough and capable for the position.

Do you get along with people: Yes I feel that I get along with people. I don't start fights, I love to help, and don't over react.
How would you deal with a problem?: It depends on what the problem is. For example, if two people were fighting, I would hear both sides of the story and deal with the problem depending on how bad the problem is.
If there was a spammer, I would kick them, and if they came back to spam more, I would ban them.
Experience: I was on a server for 2 years and became an admin. After the server went down, I found a new server that I was on for a few months as a mod but that server went down aswell.
Building Ability (from 1-10): I would say 8 because there's always room for improvement
Building Strong points: I would say my strong point would be interior design but I am also good with some redstone.
Communication: Theres always the minecraft chat but I have a skype if it's necessary.
Free Time: I have lots of free time and feel that I can really help with the server!
Side Notes: I get along with people well and love to help! I follow the rules as well as enforce them. I never hack and would never greif.
