So what i want is a server where me and like 8- 13 people could just build, PVP, and hang. But...... I have direct connect so it doesnt let me make servers. Please do not make any suggestions how, i know for a fact that i cant. What would be nice is a person good at making servers, like create a server with white listing me ( benblest), my buddy ( Carterfart666) and maybe some of your friends. Thanks i would appreaciate it!!!!!

B.T.W: those were in game names

Lol, bukkit is a server with plugins, usually used for servers open to the public. Vanilla is standard minecraft with no add-ons besides the ability to use some simple commands and being able to play with friends. Being a bukkit server will take away a certain amount of quality in exchange for plugins. If its private and you don't want to do anything special, I would advice keeping it as a Vanilla ("Standard") server.

however,with bukkit servers,you must wait for the plugins to update(ie. servers right now,theyre still mixed)

I wish someone could help me with my server but they see me forum in recent ones and just liek ingor it or somethin. . . .
