hi ijust started a new bukkit server and would like some builders/ops to help me with 2 things 1. choosing plugins and 2. building(no der)

Past builds: I don't recall much stuff but I know how to build a fair bit.
Age:11 (Halfway to 12) But Im rather mature.

Extra: I would be much better as a Builder and minor redstone engineer.

Would be nice as a bit of a starting point for being a part of a server.
