Developer - Developers are the people who are working behind the scenes to keep the server running smoothly and without incident. It is the developers responsibility to keep the server from crashing and to keep it from becoming too laggy. as a developer you get the ability to re-start the server, to butcher mobs, and to help us consider new plugin options. If it weren't for developers most servers would not be running smoothly if at all, be warned this can be a high stress job but can be very worth it if you enjoy computers or the feeling that you have helped people enjoy their stay on Rendercraft.

Moderator - Moderates are the backbone of the server. They keep it calm and running. They enforce the rules and encourage people to follow them.This user should show a lot of dedication towards the server. They should be online often and always have the need to help new members. This is not an easy job, and you should not apply just for the title. If you are serious about applying, copy and paste the following

Trial Moderator - The Trial Moderator is what you get ranked to if we feel we need to see you in action before fully promoting you to Moderator, not all moderators will have to go through trial, only those we feel need too. As a Trial Moderator you should have the same expectations as any other normal Moderator/Trial Moderator.

First of all, I would just like to commend how you would recruit people by asking these questions. Prevents noobs from becoming staff and shows the people who actually deserve the job.

I would like to join RenderCraft for numerous reasons. One reason I would like to join this server because I believe it has potential. Judging the way the owner recruits staff is one thing. In addition, I would love to help out anther server in need.

- I weigh things out before making a decision. Meaning I won't just ban a random player without sufficient evidence. Another thing is that I have a desire for a well balanced server, so I wouldn't even bother thinking of abusing.
What makes up stand out from all the other applicants?
- I've been playing in other servers as staff for quite a while now, meaning that I know what I'm doing and I know what I'm getting in too.
Why do you think you might not be picked?
- I might not be picked because there's a possibility that this application does not meet the standards of the owner.
How well do you know the rules?
- I will remember all the rules to ensure a better community.
Do you think patience is a vital trait in a moderator?
- Well yes, based on my experiences, I've seen many trial mods who are so impatient. Which then led to their demotion, some even got banned!
The server may get fast-paced and you may be overwhelmed with the users, how would you handle this?
- I don't really understand this question, do you mean that since there are a lot of people in the server they spam the chat? What I would do is to suggest them to go faction chat(if we have one) to lessen the spam.

- This would result to an instant ban, after a few warnings of course. Advertising another server is against the rules.

- I will tell him to calm down, if he doesn't I will temporarily ban him from the server and ask him to be demoted by the owner.
You are the only moderator online and do not know a answer to a problem. What do you do?
- Try to contact senior staff. If they're not online, I will ponder on the best solution and try to solve the problem.

- Give him a two warnings, if he fails to comply to it, he will be banned.

- Weigh things out before making a decision. The person with more sufficient evidence against the other player will result to a ban.
