I need help making a public server. I have tried to make a server, I but since 1.3.1 came out, I can't find a tutorial anywhere. Can someone please help me make a server?

Making a server is the same as 1.2.5.

Ok now I have another problem... I can't find any tutorials to make a 1.2.5 server. All I can find is how to make a vanilla server public. But I need to make a BUKKIT server. Can someone help me with this? I need to make one that is run my the internet or whatever runs a major public bukkit server.

Tried. I only find tutorials on how to make a vanilla public server and other stuff I don't need.
