Project not getting 'bumped'

I've been having a problem with my project: I've updated my project, but it won't get 'bumped' and appear in recently update. I don't know if this is a bug or a feature to avoid spam, but that is what's happening.
If it is a feature, then sorry for the disturbance. ^^

I believe you are only able to bump submissions once, every twenty-four hours. You may still update submissions, they simply will not be bumped. Not entirely certain that's the issue, but it seems to be. Quite sorry, but this is one of the things I've never been entirely sure of.
