On this account i can not leave the forums and when i do i get auto logged out i do not know how to contact Staff without leaving forums so can you help?

I can fix it I just need your username or password(joking, nobody will ask for this and be real), but no this happened on my old account(chrisman0091) there is no fix, anyway no mods or admins could help me -.- Just delete and remake the account? You shouldnt have to worry about levels or anything considering you are stuck in the forums :/
Just want to thank everybody for level 23! <3 You all, not high for most people must means a lot to me(:

There is a fix.
Log out and back in.
