Planet Minecraft

I just noticed this actually... upon helping out a harmlessly misplaced guy on the forums... I also stumbled across this thread. So I'm helping the guy refine his post, and I start reading this... and think... Hmmm... this actually looks entirely too suspicious. So I looked through his forum history... and he had another post about the same thing, and someone thought that it was a virus... Oh and the file is in .Rar format, which raised some flags. I being the derp I am, decided not to be the one to say anything else after I noticed all these signs... So I leave it up to anyone that wants to get in contact with someone to investigate this post because I have not the means to do so...

Huh, So what U saying is that people that have WinRAR are most vunriable to viruses?

Any sort of decompression program (winrar, winzip, 7zip, etc) can open .rar files to my knowledge.

I use 7zip, it can't.

Yeah, anything you upload should go through a virus scanning site like Virus Total

nd if there is anything else anyone needs to know after they've got th virus, Ask me or Paril. Paril has experience and I've had to put up with heaps of viruses hahah so yeah. And if you know how to fix your virus, please, Turn off your internet. It should stop more viruses popping up if it's a certain kind, but it won't get rid of the nes already on there. But yeah, please, just ask if you need anything

Quite odd actually, one of my friends had just installed over 80 viruses on my computer back in December. Firstly, their not my friend anymore, in fact, they were expelled from school. Secondly, I used your tip recently, and it fixed the errors that the viruses created. THANK YOU SNOWY!

My old laptop had 17 viruses and it broke... you must be lucky
