What experience have you had as admin/moderator/staff?: The experience I have is being an administrator, a Main Owner, a Co-Owner, and a moderator. I have held almost every staff position on servers. Obviously not most of the servers, but I play enough servers that I became at least every rank. I know plugin commands, I know how to help others in a time of crisis. I also advertise the server when necessary.
Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?: I want to be either of the two because I am experienced and get the job done. I love helping, and look forward to possibly becoming staff on your server.
How do you solve problems?: I solve problems calmly and responsibly, I use my brain to figure out a good solution, and if I can't, I contact anybody who could.
How well do you behave around people?:
Are you mature?: Yes, I am mature. On a scale I would say 8/10.
Do you get along with others(Nothing's worse than 5 admins arguing with each other)?: Yes, I do get along with other people.

Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?:I want to to be an mod/admin because I want to be an mod/admin when this server is very popular and I want to enforce rules and make Minecraft an better place.
How do you solve problems?:Well it depends what the problem is. For example, If it is an grief temp-ban or kick. If depends how bad it is.

Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?: because i like to make servers fun for others to play.
How do you solve problems?: i ignore the troublemaker and help the person he is hurting until the problem goes away

What experience have you had as admin/moderator/staff?: I have been an admin in 2 servers.
Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?: I would like to be an admin becuase I love getting new or small servers up and going. I believe that at some point everyone is going to need help with something, so I would like to help those people out.
How do you solve problems?: By understanding the problem, making a plan, carrying out the plan, looking back to check the results.
How well do you behave around people?: Depends, are the people rude and destroying the world? If so then force punishments for breaking the rules. If they are fun, nice people, i'm a fun and nice person back. Pretty much what im trying to say is, "Treat others how you want to be treated."
Are you mature?: Define mature. Respectful? Yes. Honest? Yes
Do you get along with others(Nothing's worse than 5 admins arguing with each other)?: Yes, I get along with others pretty well. I believe my opinion has a meaning but so does others. I'm willing to listen to others opinions and work out a agreement.

Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?: I want to be able to help out the server by stopping hacking and answer peoples needs when Multi is not online, i would also like to be able to talk to staff and be part of the servers staff.
How do you solve problems?: I simply ask the people who were involved and then make a decision from there but first i would tell someone who is a higher rank than me:)
How well do you behave around people?: I am very mature around people i am easy to talk to and i help people out by always answering peoples questions.

Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?: I really want to help this server out. I would love to build anything for the server that is needed. Like spawn, Casltes, Mansions. anything in that nature.

How do you solve problems?: My personal list is: 1st.Warning. 2nd.Jail.3rd.Tempban considering how serious the problem is.4th.Ban Hammer
