I have group manager , or can change to pex. But its on a tekkit server.

It's really no difference. Just a different gameplay. Same bukkit and stuff...

I think I may need help on my server, when people join it sometime they can't even speak, and I don't know how to fix it. I also need help with perms, my server isn't 24/7 though. It will be on from maybe around 4 - 10 pm PST/PDT everyday except for weekends, on weekends it'll be on 1pm - 2 am PDT -PST - Here just apply on here
