Server Help!!

For some reason it takes me a LONG time to join servers and when i die in a server it takes a LONG time to respawn and when i switch worlds in a server it takes me a LONG time to spawn there and its really annoying and if someone could please help me get rid of this that would be awesome!!!!

Consider upgrading your internet connection, if this doesn't happen in single player.
If this happen in single player too, you need to increase computer performance.
