so me and my frienda re trying to add plugins to a server and it wont let us anyone know why???

anymore info like is it hosted by a company and how are you trying to add them ( by plugin, by FTP, CP file editor or dragging then into a plugins folder)

yes its hosted by the a company and im not sure i think its cp or ftp idk my friend is putting them in but it wont work so...

Ok, heres whats up. If your using a company, please tell us who. Some of them will not give you plugins for a cheap server. Second of all, you need to unzip the plugin if you have not already. Then restart your server. Then it will be installed.
