I've played quite a few hunger games maps on minecraft but none of them have been as fun, and interesting as this one! Usually you start a server, its filled with people jumping and running around and hard to get any information, however this server is different. From the moment I started it was clearly obvious how to join a new arena, everyone is friendly and helpful, and the lobby is very well laid out making it easy to simply click and join an arena! There is also very little wait time between games seeing as there are so many games going on at once!
Another thing is the amount of different maps there are. It makes it a lot more interesting and exciting as there will be new hidden chests to find, new secret locations, and other well built architecture such as houses and watchtowers!
They have also changed some of the equipment for the better, for example eggs when you throw them make explosions, making it easy to knock someone off a mountain or building!
Each arena has from 30 - 80 people. At first this scared me a little as I had just started and didn't think i'd have a chance, however, I actually found this a lot more fun. People often make teams, and its a lot easier to make a kill from the high amount of players! You all start in the same location, maps have chests in the middle, which will be a fight to get anything out of, or you can just run away and try and find some hidden chests!
The website ( http://www.minecrafthungergames.com ) is very informative, it shows the top players, winners and mvp's of the last games, the maps etc. I honestly couldn't believe how far a server could go, but this one definately deserves it!
