You upgraded to 1.4.2 but miss the servers you played on. I found out a way to downgrade 1.4.2 to 1.3.2. here is the link.

1.Download a clean Minecraft 1.3.2 Jar file
2.Type %appdata% into the start menu
3.Open .minecraft folder
4.Open the bin folder
5.Delete the current Minecraft.jar file
6.Paste in the Minecraft 1.3.2 jar file
7.Done
8.Enjoy the servers which will be pretty empty!
