My server will not connect to planet minecrat

I have minecraft server that will not connect to planet minecraft. When i go to update the server and i test the connection, it says that it cannot connnect, and to check my input. My server is in fact on. But it says that it is off and there is no people on. Please help!!!! if it helps at all my ip is 198.143.189.45

Does your server have a default port or does it use a different port? Also is it a Hamachi server? If so you would not be able to connect it to PMC.
