i have a idea of getting out of the end people say that once you get in the end in prerelease 4 you cant get out
so i came up with a idea to get out you need to use a nether portal and you go thru it then make another one to go back thru to the real world

That won't work. To get out you have to die.

In creative mode just jump into the void.

You find a stronghold just by throwing an eye of ender in the air and follow it's direction. No need for any specific seed anymore.

To get into the End you need to go into the void Yes? so unless its been edited isnt that very hard?

No you just activate an ender portal. Check my blog for instructions.

To get out of the void you have to die.
