That is something completely different. I think what this person here on this thread wants to do is to create a mod with things relating to PMC, and also add many new 'player mobs', members of PMC.
In the link you posted, I think they want to create a group mod, but they haven't decided yet on what they are creating.
To clarify, I think this person wants to get people's IGNs so that he can include them in his mod.
