Recruiting for Demons Build Team [Serious, Mature Project]

About Us
Demons Build Team Is currently just four talented and dedicated individuals working hard to create projects.
We currently have two builders, a story designer/lore creator, and a redstoner.
Our current projects include The Zenhaar's Wrath, a WIP adventure map, and Guerrilla Warfare, a conquest style mini game.
Due to the expulsion of several members of our team, we need to fill slots.
Who We Need
We need hardworking skilled individuals to bolster our team into a force in the mapmaking community!
What are Your Skills?
Builder: One with a sufficient knowledge of architecture and detailing to build aesthetically appealing structures. The ability to also work as an interior designer is a plus.
Interior Designer: One with the skill and creative mindset to furnish and fill spaces from taverns to palaces. This is a very necessary and important skill.
Redstoner: One with knowledge of redstone in the manner of logic gates, knowledge of /scoreboard commands and or command blocks a plus.
Story Designer: One who can craft creative and innovative quests, background lore, and main story lines.

I'm Jefe, one of the senior builders for this team.
I just wanted to clarify one point.
The self rating out of 10 should be estimated like this:
A Pro Team Member (like Squorck from Gazamo) can be a 10
A 6 year old who just built their first dirt house is a 0.
Therefore, we tend to take self ratings of 8 or 9 with a grain of salt, since only the best builds this team has ever done have gotten close to those levels.
Try to be honest in your self ratings, we don't hold them against you, since all applicants have to build something good before you get to work on the map anyways.
