Windows live movie maker stretching my videos

So I tried editing with windows live movie maker but it's stretching my videos upwards making it blurry.
Is there any way to prevent that?

Well. What are you using to record? OBS? Fraps? Some other screen capturing device?...

bandicam, but the recordings are clear just not when I open it with windows movie maker.
