I acidentally placed one and I don't know how to destroy it. Does anyone know how to destroy it?

I will go from 1.9.1 - 1.9.6 to get this broken

Cover it up with the Material that's around it... Or download the Instant mine Mod, but I'm not sure if it's 1.9.6 compatible yet...

I was using Too Many Items and there's isn't anything to break them
