My server will not connect to planet minecrat

I have minecraft server that will not connect to planet minecraft. When i go to update the server and i test the connection, it says that it cannot connnect, and to check my input. My server is in fact on. But it says that it is off and there is no people on. Please help!!!! if it helps at all my ip is 198.143.189.45

If you are running a spigot server 1.7.2 (Cracked)
You have to downgrade it for it to be accepted on PMC.
Or you can wait till the 22nd of November for a Bukkit 1.7.2 release.
So SPIGOT Is not accepted on PMC<<<<
