Hey i am looking for someone to make me a plugin it has to be easy to use and have no real player commands, admin commands yes.
what i am looking for is being able to put a blaze rod into an enchantment table and enchant the stick with different spells! each one of these spells would have to use redstone dust to cast them as sort of a mana system.

the spells could be things like,
a lightning strike that takes up 10 redstone cast a lightning strike on the spot you click

ender tp that takes up like 5 shoots out an endar pearl that tps you

arrow volley that fires like 5 arrows for 10

flame arrow that costs 10 shoots a flaming arrow

bruning ground that would start the ground on fire in a cross type format for a certain time period

and maybe a mob spawning spell that lets you spawn zombies in a certain spot

like i said i need this for my server, and i would greatly appriciate this
