How to make high resolution texture pack?

I have recently started my blockycraft texture pack which can be found here http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/blockycraft-100-background-and-chests/ But i decided i wanted to start on high resolution texture packs like 32x and 64x. Does anyone know how to make a high resolution texture pack?

ScolezI assume you just stretch each image to 200%, but Im not sure. Download a 32x pack and see
Pretty much this. Resize the images to your required resolution then replace all the default textures with your own original images to which you own full copyright usage of.
