Custom Crafting Failed

I saw a lot of custom crafting on you tube and was amazed of what it could do, so I decided to give it a try, I am making a vanilla mod that requires it, everything was going fine, until I hit a roadblock, I for some reason couldn't execute the command as crafter(what I name my armorstand ontop of the dropper)
