I need of a thumbnail designer!

Hi!
I am soon starting a YouTube channel with my friend, so I need to prepare some stuff for our role plays. Because we are making a role play, we need a thumbnail for every episode. We are searching for someone, who can:
~ make 3D thumbails (3D renders)
~ can custom draw thumbnails (with photoshop and that kind of stuff)
Reward: we will give full credit in the description, we will put his channel link in the description...
I hope someone can make thumbnails for free!! We will be so happy!!

So, the first thumbnail that I really want is a girl (in minecraft) that is ready to give a hug. She is only visible from the back. Then there is a Turtwig (minecraft pixelmon mod 1.10.2) that is happy and ready to jump in my lap. Background: a meadow.
