Combining Skins

Hello! I just need a bit of help combining some skins, because all of the programs I've used don't work right...
Anyway, I just need the head of skin 1 on the body of skin 2, and I would like skin 2 to be converted from Alex to Steve, if that's even possible. Thanks!
