FML 1.11.2 Optifine and Xray help?

Okay so I'm an idiot and I can't get any mods to show up in forge. The .jars are in the mod folder but they won't appear when I run the forge profile. BUT I can run them by themselves by clicking on the jars and doing the installer, but I don't want that. I want to pair the mods in forge. Why can't I do this? I'm using the latest release of optifine, forge and this -snip-
