Well, you're basically asking "How to make a skin?" correct? I'll assume you are for now.

First, you will have to download a program that can you can use to make them.
I use SkinEdit, GIMP 2, and Mcskin3d. Note, you don't need all the programs to make skins~ You'll also find links to download all the programs at the end of the post.

Second, you'll actually have to make the skin.. You can find some great tutorials HERE & HERE

Lastly, you can find the links to download the skinning programs below.

Well.. You don't need it, but it's very helpful.. I wouldn't think many people would make one without it x3
