Darklite Empire
(A Unique RP experience)
We are a prison server with a difference ... incarcerated for your actions as an usurper to the throne, it is your goal to escape and take back your rightful place as king!
You can do this in anyway you please (except client hacking), and stealing, bribery, and assassinations are skills you will have to learn to escape and reach the top.
You must also align yourself with other players and factions in the world, as 4 sects of players are also fighting for the kings seat. These Factions (Thieves, Military, The Order and the Church) all have their own benefits and so it is up to you to choose your allegiance wisely.
The highest seat in the land will have power above all others, (mod) and he infers benefits to his faction.
However beware, for no one stays in the top seat long, you will have to always keep an eye out for those just bellow you

This server unlike others of a similar type will concentrate on what you can do after you escape (which is still no easy task).
What is there to do?
In Darklite Prison
During your "lifetime" incarceration at Darklite Prison you will be forced to work for your food and if you think that the guards will provide you a free bed you have another think coming!
You can earn money by working in the mine or the lumberyard, however those that are more adventurous might try their hand at the Mob pit although it is said that the outsiders stray there occasionally too
However all is not ok at Darklite and there are some areas that even the guards will not tred. These areas are run by the theives Guild and they will help you if you pay them enough.
By ranking up and gaining access to these restricted areas you have the ability to rent a cell where items are not bolted to the floor, and so you can make it into your home away from home.
And, if you endear yourself to them enough they might even allow you access to their stream of contraband in and out of the prison via the black market
If they have a way of getting goods in they must also have a way out
When you Escape
If you thought getting out was hard then you have a long way to go. The Civil war that lead to your incarceration has died down and the throne is empty!
but all your previous connections have either been killed or were imprisoned with you, your going to have to make new friends. By ranking up to Citizen rank you loose the heat of the prison guards finding you and gain the ability to buy rather than rent a house.
but now you have a choice to make.
Four groups have emerged from the chaos, each grabbing for power, each have their own benefits and drawbacks so the choice is yours will you become a Thief, part of the Military, or join one of the Orders, the Black Rose or the Red Rose
These choices will either help or hinder you as you step on others to get to the top.
Becoming the Baron of your Faction puts you in the perfect position to make another grab for the throne ... you just need to get there first!
