Hello, my name is Niersbach. I am developing a survival server for my Minecraft Community. The server has 150 slots, 6 GB RAM, and 8 GB of memory. We plan on running over 50 plugins at one time.

I am here to ask for the PMC comunity to help me out. Recently our Dev quit and we need to replace him ASAP. We are hiring a Plugin Manager (a high staff rank) based on these needs:

- Must know Bukkit plugins
- Can do Permissions
- Has an easy and quick way to contact them
- Be able to edit files
- Be able to keep the server error free

Are u good with many plugins: yea i am pretty good with world edit and world guard and catch on pretty fast with about any mod
How long can u be on for: 1-2 hours on weekdays 4-7 on weekends
Why u really want this position: well i have had multiple staff experience in the past including being an owner of a server myself and being an admin in two servers an a moderator in two,im great with redstone and can make board games for the server such as tic tac toe or connect 4, i would really like the opportunity to be able to work with you and help set up and improve the server as much as possible, i am nice and respectful and never abuse power if there is an argument i always look at both sides b4 making a rash decision i have no bans(as of this second) and have never griefed a server before i really would like to challenge myself a bit more and try to help you handle the massive server that you have started.

I own and RUN my server I can use and do just about any plugin, Don't believe me just ask.
