I've been thinking, a lot of mods/projects are created by groups of people from PMC. I think it would be good to allow multiple authors on one project. I know that its possible to just give the people credit, but it would be good if each author could actually edit submission, upload new files, etc! It would obviously require a bit more thinking through, but that's the concept Any thoughts/build ons?

I agree. It should also make it so the other authors also get the same amount of exp (if it really matters)

I think that is a great idea. Maybe have it say the authors positions, and all them get the same credit and acknowledgement

Yes, whether they all share the exp or all get the same, they all get recognition, and the position idea is good, then people would know who to ask about certain things

Good idea. But it should be like "He did 25% And he did 75%" so the Exp can be gived right.

The problem with that though is that there would be scraps of who did what, which totally defeats the object

Say, if it were a mod, couldn't a troll just screw up all of the coding as a "contributer"?

If you were designated as a contributor, then yes. Not just anyone can contribute though, under the submission editing page, you would specify who are the contributors

That helps, but It wouldn't take much for someone to go "Hey guys, may I help?" Then completely screw up all the coding deliberately, impeding the mod's development,
